      Dr. Maia is most professional, honest, great communicator and excellent surgeon. She answered all my questions in great details, explained pros and cons of each procedure and provided recommendations. I was fully prepared for my procedures and knew what to expect, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The outcome was fantastic, above my expectations, and even my husband complemented my new look. My changes were not obvious, but complementary. I want to thank Dr. Maia and her office staff for a fantastic experience, and I already scheduled the next procedure.

      I had an amazing experience with Dr Maia! She performed a breast augmentation for me in September 2019 and I couldn't be happier with the results.       I had to have a double mastectomy to with reconstruction. Dr Maia is truly in A top notch plastic surgeon. I will recommend her to all of my friends and to anybody that just find out they have cancer and they have to have a mastectomy with reconstruction. Her kindness and Her bed manners are truly a gift. Her staff represents her well! They are just like her! Truly she has the best team. They are there to make the journey the best it can be despise the hard journey your walking. Dr Maia is truly the best in Northern Virginia I would not go to anyone else! Ever! She is the best!

      I was so pleased with my recent eye lid and brow surgery that I wanted to say a special thank you to Dr. Munique Maia. While I am a very active 70 year old, I had the feeling that I always looked tired with my heavy eyelids and now I have my bright blue eyes showing again. My friends are all amazed at how great I look. I was only away from work for a week and I had no bruising, bandages or stitches showing. I was very good about keeping ice (using bags of peas) on my face, as directed by Dr. Maia, for three days which helped with swelling - which was almost non-existent.       I was very hesitant about any kind of eye surgery. But when I went to Dr. Maia, she explained everything to me - good and bad. After many years of contemplating this, I decided to go for it. The surgery itself was not as bad as I expected. Since I was awake for the whole thing I was very wary about what I would experience and whether I would be able to handle it. It wasn’t pleasant but it wasn’t unbearable. I’m very happy with the results!
