CONSULTATION FEES

A consultation with Dr. Maia is $350. After requesting your in-person or virtual appointment, you will be contacted by our Patient Coordinator to discuss your treatment or procedure of interest and securely collect the consultation fee.

Your appointment is not officially confirmed until payment is collected.

Medspa Consultations

Consultations with our Maia Medspa providers are $150 and include a complimentary AURA Facial Analysis Scan. Your $150 consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward treatment and must be used toward a treatment with Maia Medspa (products excluded).

Complimentary Preliminary Meetings

We are happy to offer complimentary in-person or virtual preliminary meetings with one of our Patient Coordinators for patients interested in learning more about surgical procedures, preliminary pricing, and next steps before scheduling a consultation with Dr. Maia.

I recently had Dysport injected by NP Kristina, and I could not be happier with the outcome. I can already see some of the results few days post-injections! I love how quickly Dysport softens the wrinkles, without giving you the "frozen look". Just in time for the upcoming holidays!
