Tulsi Bhargava is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Aesthetic Medicine with over a decade in clinical practice and 4 years of injectable experience. Her approach to beauty is rooted in precision, safety, and maintaining natural results. She is known for creating refined, balanced enhancements that preserve each patient’s unique features while restoring confidence and harmony.
Tulsi began her aesthetic career in New York City, where she completed extensive hands-on injectable training across high-volume medspa and clinical settings. She has trained with world-renowned injectors including Dr. Thuy Doan and Dr. Arthur Swift. She also maintains ongoing advanced education with industry brands to stay at the forefront of evolving techniques in aesthetic medicine.
Tulsi specializes in full face preventive aging & facial balancing with neuromodulators and other injectables. Natural lip enhancements, melanin-rich skin aesthetics, postpartum & acne facial rejuvenation and medical grade skin care. She believes aesthetic medicine should be an elevated clinical experience—honest, educational, and empowering. Her goal is to deliver meaningful results through personalized treatment planning, artistic anatomical understanding, and a conservative, patient-first approach.

Erin Ochs is a board-certified Registered Nurse and the Aesthetic Director at Maia Plastic Surgery. Her work is rooted in clinical expertise and a thoughtful, individualized approach to skin health.
Erin partners closely with patients to develop customized treatment plans that support healthy, natural-looking results over time. Working alongside Dr. Maia, she helps ensure that every patient receives attentive care and guidance—making the path to skin confidence clear, supportive, and effective.
